![]() ![]() I’m learning a lot about conformation with these guys, too, as some are nice and round and others are staying more football shaped - and one seems to have a very flat head (I‘ll post a pix soon). Wow! That’s a huge difference in size between your Checkerboard and the Dark Angel! I’ve got some from the two orders I got from iFish that are growing/not growing, too, and it isn’t because I got them a month apart. Don’t know if and when I’ll ever use it, but have wanted to have it in my arsenal since first reading what you guys have said about it. There didn’t seem to be any more waste coming out of the gravel in my 50 gallon (with the 2 Turqs) so I’m sure the 2 in your ‘breeding tank’ are just fine with less frequent cleanings - and they’re still spawning, so they must be happy! I finally got the chance to read the article about PP you posted (in another thread), and went ahead and ordered some. Love the new video of your fish coralbandit! I’ve had to let my 2 discus tanks go 3 days without cleaning, and felt really guilty - but the fish didn’t mind at all - so I’m not going to get all OCD over it. I haven’t forgotten to get a pix of my B.Rainbow, but it seems that the move to the 55 gallon was too stressful for my Silver Dollars, and it looked like they got Ich - so I’m treating the whole bunch with API Super Ick Cure, and keeping the tank dark - they looked better today, so hopefully I was right in my diagnosis. Love your tip on using a standard house water filter to remove chlorine 86 ssinit! Your Angels are beautiful, and I’m happy to know that your 2 new Discus have settled down now that they’re in with the rest! Sorry to hear you lost one without warning! I think you could be right about it not being able to digest the beefheart! I rarely give it to mine, and even though they love it I just won’t be getting any more after I use up what I have. Diagnosing these things can be really difficult, and because worms and their eggs can be almost microscopic, it makes it that much more difficult. I’ve seen the white poo you got a great pix of, and it suggested that it could be because of a general gastrointestinal inflammation, not just worms. HI gang - sorry for my absence! Gosh, a lot to catch up on! Sorry to read about your quandary with a possible worm issue, Deco圜at, I‘m not familiar with the meds you mentioned, so if you could post the ingredients, that would be great (always trying to learn). ![]()
